1、 Demand analysis
The transmission line equivalent icing online monitoring device mainly uses a resistance strain gauge to form a Wheatstone bridge. The stress of the sensor is measured by measuring the elastic body strain. It has a compact structure, high measurement accuracy and strong anti bias ability. In this system, the column type tension sensor is made into a ball head hanging ring instead of a ball head hanging ring and installed between the insulator string and the beam to measure the comprehensive load capacity of the conductor.
2、 Working principle
It is directly installed on the part where the high-voltage transmission tower insulator is connected with the tower to realize highly reliable real-time online monitoring of the icing area. The transmission line equivalent icing online monitoring device can automatically collect information. Through the collection of temperature, humidity, wind and other parameters, and send the information to the monitoring, the staff can then analyze the data to draw relevant conclusions. And the product has good synchronization function and data rationality analysis function. In case of operation failure of the product, corresponding measures can be started to recover the operation of the device.
