I. Project Completion Information
Installation Project: Online Micro-meteorological Monitoring System for Power Transmission Lines | Installation Case Study
Project Date: May 26, 2026
Project Contractor: Dingxin Smart Technology Co., Ltd.
II. Product Features
1. Basic configuration of the micro-meteorological monitoring system: main control unit, micro-meteorological monitoring unit, communication unit, power supply unit, mounting bracket, and accessories;
2. It can sense and collect meteorological data, store it, and transmit the measurement results to the master station system via a communication network;
3. Automatic and controlled data collection modes: Meteorological parameters are automatically collected and transmitted at preset intervals, with the minimum data collection interval set to 3 minutes. By default, meteorological data is transmitted at the top of every hour;
4. Capable of collecting data such as power supply voltage;
5. The weather sensor features an integrated design that includes sensors for wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, rainfall, and solar radiation;
6. Includes data validity checking and analysis capabilities to preprocess collected data, automatically identifying and filtering out outliers;
7. The device shall be capable of calculating raw measured values to generate data that reflects the characteristics of each meteorological parameter. Without compromising power supply or operational reliability, the device shall implement digital measurement, be capable of calculating raw measured values, and output data that clearly reflects the characteristics of the measured values;
8. The micro-meteorological monitoring device shall be capable of storing meteorological data for a period of at least 90 days in a cyclical manner;
9. Communication interfaces and application-layer data transmission protocols shall comply with the communication protocols of China Southern Power Grid and State Grid;
10. Capable of dynamically responding to remote commands such as time queries/settings, data requests, and reboots;
11. Capable of modifying the sampling frequency, sampling interval, Access Point Name (APN), IP addresses of the device and the master station, and port settings via remote commands (such as SMS);
12. The system must support password authentication and remote software updates, and should include a comprehensive update mechanism and methods;
13. Capable of real-time control and debugging of monitoring devices on-site via short-range wireless communication.
